Статья представляет собой краткий обзор основных направлений развития миграционной политики ЕС, с более детальным рассмотрением проблем разработки политики интеграции мигрантов и ее измерения. Анализируется подход к оценке возможностей интеграции мигрантов через оценку благоприятности миграционного законодательства стран ЕС к доступу на рынок труда, воссоединению семьи, доступу к образованию, натурализации, наличию антидискриминационных законов и доступу к долгосрочному виду на жительство.

The article provides a brief overview of the main directions of development of EU migration policy with a more detailed discussion of the problems of development policy inte-gration of migrants and its measurement. Analyzes the approach to assessing the possibilities of integration of migrants through the evaluation of the ease of migration legislation countries from EU to access to the labor market, family reunification, access to education, naturalization, the presence of anti-discrimination laws and access to long-term residence permit.
