HISTOLOGICAL FEATURES OF CHANGES IN PARENCHYMAL ORGANS OF PREGNANT EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS WITH THROMBOPATHIA

Abstract

In this article were investigated the histological features of parenchymal organs of 12 laboratory rats, when modeling hypocoagulation in 3 trimester of pregnancy. In the liver parenchyma found uneven perisinusoidal edema, vascular changes in the form of hyperemia and diapedetic hemorrhage, hydropic dystrophy until colliquative necrosis, foci of extramedullary hematopoiesis; in the spleen tissue - diffuse hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue, increasing the number of lymph follicles and the appearance of foci of extramedullary hematopoiesis .
