Abstract
Considered the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of in-vestment activity in the economic geography. Formed a hypothesis about the dependence of the investment project on its successful integration into the territorial structure of the economy of the region. As a result of the approach proposed model for studying the effectiveness of the spatial distribution of investment projects.
