Science. Innovations. Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) was founded in 2012 as a result of the re-registration of the journal “Bulletin of the Stavropol State University” due to the renaming of the founder. The journal is published in accordance with the federal legislation "On the Mass Media", the Charter of the North-Caucasus Federal University, as well as the Regulations on the journal.

Bulletin of the Stavropol State University was founded in 1995 (founder - the Stavropol State University). From 1995 to 2012 75 issues of the journal were published, in which 1263 articles were published.

In 2013–2024 48 issues of the journal Science. Innovations. Technologies were published. They contain 636 articles.
