РАДАРНЫЙ МОНИТОРИНГ СЕЗОННОЙ МИГРАЦИИ ПТИЦ НАД ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫМ ИЗРАИЛЕМ

Аннотация

На базе метеорологического локатора МРЛ-5 и специально разработанного алгоритма была создана станция радарной орнитологии. Система позволяет в радиусе 60 км строить графики, сочетающие метеорологические данные и векторное поле полетов птиц на различных высотах, и передавать эти данные онлайн в операторные центры контроля безопасности полетов. Собранные в исследовании данные предоставляют возможность получить некоторые характеристики сезонной миграции птиц через центральный Израиль. Данная система и результаты исследования станут интегральной частью обеспечения безопасности полетов военной авиации Израиля.
