Abstract
The article is focused on designing the Silk Road as a cross-border tourism route. The critical role of international organizations (UNESCO and UNWTO) in the implementation of this large-scale project is underlined. Discussing strengths and weaknesses of the project from a geopolitical, geographical and economic point of view is the most important part of the article. China's global economic project "One belt - one road" (The Silk Road Economic Belt) opens up new opportunities and constraints in tourism development. From the economic-geographical point of view, the features of the Silk Road project are the result of the diversity and uneven spatial distribution of tourism resources, as well as differentiation of countries by level of socio-economic development. This article addresses the issues of tourism business internationalization. The step-by-step guide to designing tourism route is provided.

Abstract
This article examines the impact of citizens vacationing in the countryside on the preservation of villages and and, in general, the degree of population of the country against the background of the spatial differences in the of the Non-Chernozem settlement system and the degradation of the settlement system in the Non-chernozem region. We consider an example of two local peripheral areas. Ostashkovsky District of Tver Region at the Lake Seliger is an example of a recreational «hyped» area in which different kinds of recreations are combined: resorts, guest houses and garden communities, as well as widespread construction of new houses, purchase and rent of rural houses by townspeople. Manturovo District of the Kostroma region is the typical distant periphery, where citizens who buy houses in the villages, have become the only hope for the salvation of many of them.

Abstract
The article features the influence of different types of migration to changes in demand and supply of labor in the labor market. Analyzed by region calculated load factors in the labor market categories of migrants and the unemployed. Implemented grouping regions with the maximum and minimum load performance on the labor market permanent and temporary migrant workers who are foreign and Russian citizens. Powered ranking of subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of the total burden of migration on the labor market (29 regions with a positive index and 54 in the region with its negative value). Identified areas with multi-directional flow of external and internal labor migration. The measures of migration policy aimed at optimizing the different migration flows, better utilization of internal resources of labor and the improvement of the scheme balance of labor resources that reflect the realities of the market economy.

Abstract
We will discuss the problem of mathematical modeling of dynamic processes and structure change in a model with four interacting groups using a system of Walter's nonlinear differential equations. We will show that it is possible to find a stationary state with positive coordinates when all groups exist. We will also suggest an algorithm and a program for finding the stationary state with non-zero coordinates and testing its stability in a mathematical model of dynamics between four interacting groups.

Abstract
In article conducted the development of the method of syndrome decoding error correction codes in the RNS, based on the method of expanding the bases RNS. Presents the basics of excess RNS. Considered the most widely used algorithms for detecting, locating and correcting errors in the RNS, as well as concrete examples of their use. For the examined methods conducted an analysis and comparison, shows the main advantages and disadvantages. Shown the complete algorithm for error correction in information and control bases by the syndrome decoding method and examples of its practical application. It is shown that using error syndromes can reduce the time of error correction. This is due to the fact that the task of identifying, locating and correcting errors performed a common procedure . The computational complexity of the method of decoding the syndrome is much less than the widely used method of projection since projection method requires n + 1 the procedure of transfer number of RNS in generalized positional number system, whereas the syndrome decoding method requires the translation in generalized positional number system only once.

Abstract
It is shown that the classical model of the magnetic field allows the violation of Newton's third law, eliminates interference elements coaxial conductors with currents, does not provide for the existence of moments of forces acting on the elements of the conductors, Ampere's law is considered to be the formula generally incompatible with its main findings. The formal model is an analogue of the electromagnetic field, not having these features in this model meets the essential requirements Ampere - unconditional implementation of Newton's third law.

Abstract
The paper discusses the use of adaptive digital filters based on the Residue Number System for satellite communication systems. The signal distortions is an important problem of the practical use of satellites, which can significantly affect the quality of the processed signal and cause an error in the satellite positioning system. There is shown that the use of filters with inite impulse response using modular arithmetic for adaptive modeling of satellite orientation control systems in real time and recursive algorithm with Least Squares Method to configure the adaptive coefficients of the digital filter causes to minimize the output error between the monitoring system data and the satellite. The concept of the implementation of digital devices based on a Residue Number System, which can significantly improve the power consumption, performance, and resiliency of satellite communications is proposed.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the enzymatic activity of soil micocommunities in the zone of influence of air industrial emissions of Irkutsk aluminum plant and natural habitats Baikal region is implemented. It was established that the enzyme activity of the strains isolated from the soil test, higher than that of the strain experienced isolation from soil. In the experimental soils enzymatically active strains revealed greater among the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium, indicating their higher evrifagnosti, compared with other cultures of microscopic fungi. The share different types of enzymatic activity are determined. It was found that the percentage of positive test results increases with distance from the industrial unit. The possibility of using the enzymatic activity of soil micocommunities to assess the degree of technogenic pollution of terrestrial ecosystems is showed.

Abstract
The problem of diabetes and its complications is currently very important. The study of this question, as a mechanism for the development of vascular complications in patients with diabetes is increasingly becoming the subject of scientific research. For people suffering from diabetes blood rheology are a vital indicator, as a result of prolonged hyperglycemia in the body is undergoing significant changes directly related to the rheological properties of blood. The end result of biophysical and hemorheological changes of blood in the body is to increase blood viscosity, which reduces flow velocity under conditions of elevated blood glucose concentrations irreversible changes that affect the biophysical properties of the erythrocyte, worsening the rheological characteristics of blood and as a result gives rise to the development of stagnation phenomena, damage to the walls of the vascular endothelium and the development of vascular diseases: stroke, heart attack, micro and macro angiopathy.
